Manchester United are ready to sanction the sale of Anthony Martial this summer after losing patience with him.
The Frenchman has been with the Red Devils for the past eight years but he has yet to have an extraordinary season.
He has netted over 20 goals in just one campaign. This season, he has scored only eight goals in all competitions for United.
Martial has suffered five injuries over the ongoing campaign. It is reported that the club have not lost their patience over him.
Erik ten Hag also shares a similar stance with the club and he is prepared to offload Martial despite his glowing comments.
Ten Hag has frequently said that Martial is the best finisher in the squad but the Frenchman has barely scored in successive games.
Martial has not scored in back-to-back matches for three years and this is a poor statistic for someone of the Frenchman’s ability.
He could be sold for around £40 million this summer.
