Chelsea are prepared to send Cesare Casadei on loan to a Premier League club next season, according to Calciomercato.
The 20-year-old signed for the Blues from Inter Milan last summer, and he was loaned out to Reading in the New Year.
Casadei managed only two goals from 19 outings for them, but he has been terrific in the ongoing Under-21 World Cup.
The midfielder has played a starring role for Italy en route to the final against Uruguay. He has seven goals and two assists.
It is now reported that the Blues could consider sending him out on loan next term. Villa and Brighton could be possible destinations.Chelsea have a good working relationship with Brighton. They signed Marc Cucurella last summer and sent Levi Colwill on loan to them.
The Blues also signed their manager Graham Potter before sacking him. There is a good possibility that Casadei could join Brighton.
Villa will also be hoping to land the youngster with the assurance of regular playing time. Unai Emery is a huge admirer of his talents.
