Arsenal are expected to announce the arrival of West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice in the next 24 hours.

It is anticipated that the paperwork will be signed on both sides tomorrow such that Rice is formally registered and announced as an Arsenal player.Arsenal are keen to have Rice in their travelling squad to the United States on Sunday. The midfielder has already undergone his medical tests.
Following Rice’s arrival, Arsenal are likely to pursue another midfielder and a right winger based on the funds recouped from player departures.
