Chelsea have set an asking price of £38 million for Romelu Lukaku amid interest from Inter Milan.
The Belgium international returned to the Nerazzurri on loan last season. He scored 14 goals and provided seven assists for them.
The San Siro giants are open to re-signing him permanently, but their recent proposal of £26 million was rejected by the Blues.
According to Evening Standard, Chelsea are looking for at least £38m for Lukaku and are reluctant to sell him for anything less.
Lukaku has already turned down a move to Saudi Arabia this summer. He is determined to return to the Italian top-flight next term.
Inter are yet to meet the transfer valuation of the Blues, and it remains to be seen whether other Serie A clubs enter the pursuit.
Juventus have held a long-term interest in the former Manchester United man, and they are currently monitoring his situation.
The Bianconeri are currently looking to part ways with Dusan Vlahovic and Lukaku is one of the names on their list to succeed him.
