AS Monaco defender Axel Disasi is reportedly one step away from joining Manchester United this summer.
The Frenchman has been a key player for Monaco over the past few years, but he could leave them in the coming weeks.
The Ligue 1 outfit are forced to cash in on key players this summer after failing to qualify for the Champions League.
According to L’Equipe, United have held talks with Disasi’s camp and they will now proceed to negotiate with Monaco.
He is currently valued at €45-50m and reports claim that United have no problem of meeting the reported price tag.
United are currently considering the sale of Harry Maguire and it appears Disasi could replace the England international.
The club have been linked with Napoli’s Kim Min-jae lately, but a move for Disasi could end their interest in the South Korean.
Min-jae could still move to the Premier League this summer. Manchester City are also interested in landing his services.
