Inter Milan are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun this summer.
The Gunners graduate spent the 2022/23 season on loan with Reims. He scored 22 goals from just 39 appearances.
With the fierce competition for places from Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah, he is open to leaving Arsenal, and it appears the Nerazzurri are interested in him.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are set to part ways with Edin Dzeko when his contract expires at the end of June.
They want Balogun as his potential replacement. While Arsenal value the striker at £40m, Inter prefer an initial loan deal.
It is highly likely that the Gunners will reject the proposal as they prefer to secure funds to pursue new signings this summer.
The Gunners are aiming to land two central midfielders alongside a central defender as well as a right-sided winger.
They will need to recoup part of the funds from player sales. Balogun is one of those expected to be sold by the club.
