AC Milan are in advanced talks with Chelsea to sign midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek, according to Sky Sport Italy.

The Rossoneri are long-term admirers of the England international, and they tried to sign him on loan last summer.
The club have now revived their interest, and it is claimed that a permanent transfer could be agreed pretty soon.
Loftus-Cheek has already agreed terms over a long-term contract, and he is waiting for the clubs to sort the transfer fee.Chelsea value him at around €20m, but the Rossoneri are hopeful of paying around €15m up front for his services.
Milan have a good working relationship with Chelsea, having previously signed Olivier Giroud and Fikayo Tomori.
The Serie A giants are growingly optimistic that the Blues will accept their proposal to sign Loftus-Cheek this summer.Chelsea are clear that the 27-year-old has no future at the club and prefer to sell him with his contract expiring in June 2024.
A number of Premier League clubs are monitoring him, but Loftus-Cheek is determined to make the switch to Milan.
