Chelsea and Manchester United will reportedly have to pay around £140 million to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this summer.
The Nigerian has had a fantastic campaign with the Naples outfit, bagging 28 goals and providing five assists from 35 appearances.
His performances have grabbed attention of both Chelsea and United but Corriere dello Sport claim that he will cost a hefty price.
It was previously reported that Osimhen could be available for a staggering £132m but that figure has now increased to £140m.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is firm on his valuation for the prized asset and has no plans of lowering the figure this summer.
Osimhen has previously revealed his ambition of playing in the Premier League but he is unlikely to push for the exit door.
His current deal expires in June 2025 and De Laurentiis may choose to keep him if the asking price is not met by any club.
Aside from the duo, Arsenal and Liverpool have also been linked with the 24-year-old but they have other priorities at the moment.
