Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has no plans of moving to Saudi Arabia during the summer transfer window.
The Belgian spent the previous campaign on loan with Inter Milan where he scored just 14 goals across all competitions.
He has now returned to the Blues, but the striker clearly prefers to return to the Nerazzurri on loan for another campaign.Fabrizio Romano has now revealed that Al Hilal were ready to pay £55 million for Lukaku, but a deal failed to materialise.
The former Manchester United star made it clear that he would like to continue in Europe for the foreseeable future.
The Blues are still looking to convince him, but it seems unlikely that he will change his stance at the current point.
Inter are only willing to re-sign Lukaku on loan and Chelsea may have no choice, but to accept their proposal again.
Lukaku accepted a 50 per cent pay-cut to rejoin Inter last term, and he could be willing to do the same this summer.
