West Ham United are reportedly keen on signing Emile Smith Rowe as part of Declan Rice’s transfer to Arsenal.
The Gunners have identified the Englishman as their main target and talks are currently underway with the Hammers.
The east London outfit are looking for £100 million to sell him, but the price could be lowered with a part-exchange deal.West Ham are interested in landing Smith Rowe, but it is reported that the Gunners are reluctant to lose his services.
The Gunners graduate had an injury-plagued season, and played less than 200 minutes in all competitions for them.
Despite this, manager Mikel Arteta has no plans of parting ways with Smith Rowe and wants to keep him next season.
As things stand, it appears Arsenal may have to negotiate a straight-cash transfer deal for the Hammers captain.
Rice has already given the green light for the move, and personal terms should not be a worry for the Gunners.
Bayern Munich have also been linked with Rice, but the midfielder prefers to continue in the Premier League next term.
